FRACHT:
We deliver freight free within Europe and overseas at an order size of EUR 100. At an order size below EUR 100 a freight charge of EUR 15 will be added. Kindly note: For overseas orders custom fees are not included. 

DELIVERY:
We process your order as quickly as possible and all orders are packed at our warehouse in Denmark. We deliver your order within 3 - 6 working days.

We ship all orders with parcel post or currier shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANCE:
At Elvang you may return your order within a period of 14 days. Kindly fill-in the return form that you find a link to in the mail received together with tracking number and invoice.

How to return?

1. Send the items in the original packaging and in the same condition as received together with the filled-in return form
2. Within 14 days you will receive your refund on the used credit card
3. We do not exhange items, but kindly ask you to place a new order
4. If the items are not returned in the same conditions as received, we may be forced to deduct a minor amount
